Current Household - Birthday Party (final episode)

I want this series to go out with a bang as I have really enjoyed watching Darcy and her family's journey and I hope you have too. Now, without further ado, I present to you the final episode of Current Household...)

Hugh woke up the next morning to the gentle cry of his baby sister. He wandered into the bedroom to see his mum, dad and Harriet waiting for him.

He was so happy that he had a little sister. Darcy decided to go to work although it had only been a day since Harriet was born. The whole family were going to have a big birthday celebration for Hugh, Harriet and Darcy over the weekend. Whilst Hugh was getting acquainted with his new sibling Darcy got ready for work, said goodbye to Harriet and headed off.

The following day (Saturday) the family began their celebrations by ageing Harriet up into a toddler!

She definitely takes more after her dad than her mum. Once Harriet was a toddler the family began the day like any other. The kids played with their toys.

Hugh went and had some breakfast.

Dylan gave Harriet her breakfast whilst Darcy made the first of two birthday cakes.

Before she started crying because she missed her daddy.

First to blow out the candles was Darcy. She became an adult!

In this picture, if Harriet could speak I bet she would say "what is this witchcraft?" She is so amazed by candles...

Then it was Hugh's turn...

Here he is!

The family, decided to go to the Bluffs to celebrate as that was obviously where Dylan and Darcy went on their first date.

Hugh, Dylan and Darcy ran to the lake and jumped in!

They soon realized that they'd forgot Harriet couldn't come in too so Darcy came out to tell her it was alright.

It was around this time that I lost Dylan. I scanned the whole map but couldn't find him. I kept on clicking his name but every time it brought me to a bush. I was very confused until I turned my camera around...

Hugh decided to try diving. He walked up to the podium.

And performed an absolutely perfect dive! He definitely has his father's skill.

On a high he decided to go again, although this time it didn't go so smoothly.

Luckily his sister was there for reassurance.

At this moment, I once again noted that I had lost a parent. This time though it was Darcy and I knew exactly where to look for her...

As everyone was getting a bit tired and hangry, I sent them home. I redecorated Hugh's room so it is more appropriate for him and so that there's space for Harriet.
